EFT Explained: How Emotional Freedom Technique Changes Lives...

     
 

Simply put EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - is a tool to facilitate life transformation.

In its rudimentary form Emotional Freedom Technique can be compared to 'acupuncture without needles'. You tap on a small number of main meridian points on body and face whilst repeating aloud an 'affirmation' phrase related to the issue you are addressing.


EFT works on the premise that any emotion or disease process is a disruption of the body's energy system.

These disruptions are causing energy blockages leading to either emotional or physical problems.

By tapping and simultaneously speaking out aloud a short phrase of the issue you are dealing with these energy blockages are removed and the meridian channels are cleared, 
healing occurs.

There is scientific evidence underpinning the workings of EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique.

The Science Behind EFT

Quantum physics has changed our view of the world and ourselves. We now know that the universe as well as our bodies are pure energy in constant motion.

 Indeed every thought you think is made up of energy. When we think negative thoughts we 'lower' our vibrational energy levels, literally clogging up the meridian channels in our bodies.



We can compare the neural pathways of the mind to riverbeds. Good, positive thinking equals a clear river, flowing smoothly. As the debris of our negative thoughts builds up, gradually the water (positive energy) flow slows... the river (our life) gets contaminated, and eventually the water becomes stale impeding the natural flow. This is exactly what happens to our bodies over time. The energies stop flowing, thinking becomes fussy, eventually leading to emotional and physical problems.

Consider this fact: Every day we have around 60 000 thoughts. Most of our thoughts are NEGATIVE!


This may well surprise you if you are unaware of how habitual negative thinking patterns have a detrimental impact on the free flow of energy within our bodies.

This lack of free flow initially manifest itself in a feeling of sluggishness, low energy levels, tiredness and irritability. At this point you should start to take note.
